A healthcare startup needed a scalable telemedicine platform connecting patients and providers.
The Challenge
The client had validated demand for virtual primary care but had no product, just a care-delivery model and a licensed provider network ready to go.
The Solution
We designed and built a full telehealth platform: patient application, provider portal, video consultations, scheduling, messaging, payments, and an admin dashboard, launched as a single cohesive product rather than stitched-together vendors.
Architecture
A patient-facing web/mobile app and provider portal share a common backend API. Video is handled through a dedicated real-time layer; scheduling, messaging, and payments are first-party features rather than third-party embeds, keeping the experience consistent end to end.
